"We are totally convinced by the Perfecta 900!"
| The new W&H laboratory equipment was presented for the first time at IDS 2007 in Cologne and less than a year later, the multi-functional Perfecta devices are enjoying great popularity and receiving excellent feedback. |

An Italian dental laboratory offered the following praise for the Perfecta 900:
“My workmate, the Perfecta 900 (that’s how I refer to the device), appealed to me straight away as everything is integrated. I was already acquainted with the micro motor as I have two MF Perfecta motors. However, this version is vastly superior: very quiet, high performance, concentricity and accuracy of the milling cutters even at high speeds. I was particularly impressed by the small micro motor, which replaces the turbine.
Incredibly practical, light, extremely quiet, no screeching noise from the turbine. The micro motor has advantages over the turbine when it comes to processing certain materials (e.g. zirconium oxide). It was necessary to operate the turbine with an optimum pressure of 1.5 bar (max. 2.0 bar) so as not to overheat the sintered zirconium oxide. However, this meant that insufficient power was often exerted resulting in the milling cutter shutting down.
This is no longer the case with the small Perfecta 900: even at just 65,000 rpm, the milling cutter exerts sufficient power so as not to lose speed. There is no ‘flame’ when the milling cutter comes into contact with the material. Being able to use air or water for cooling also contributes to my very positive opinion.”
