2) What is your personal data used for?
We only collect, process and use your personal data, with your consent, to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures, or if a legal obligation or permission exists. We only collect, process and use this personal data insofar as this is necessary to carry out and execute our services.

The personal data you provided specifically pertaining to contact or price requests is only used to process these requests, unless you provide your express consent for this data to be used otherwise. The personal data you provided when subscribing to selected divisions on the W&H homepage or video channel is only used to process these subscriptions, unless you provide your express consent for this data to be used otherwise. We only pass your data on to third parties – for example, W&H Group subsidiaries (W&H Dentalwerk Bürmoos/Austria, subsidiaries) – if it is required to carry out these tasks.
2.2.5) Use relating to the Showpad sales tool (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
The following information can be gathered by W&H Dentalwerk Bürmoos GmbH when using the Showpad sales tool:
This data is only gathered with your express consent, which can be revoked at any time. If the content is forwarded to additional persons, W&H Dentalwerk Bürmoos GmbH will be able to collect the same information from these persons. If you do not give your consent, then no information can be sent to you via the Showpad sales tool.
2.3) Use of applicant data (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
The data you send us during an application process is gathered and used to help fill to the respective position. Your personal applicant data is only passed on to employees who co-determine who will fill the position. Your personal applicant data will not be passed on to third parties or persons who are not involved in the decision-making process.

We do not collect, process or use special categories of personal data (sensitive data). Special categories of personal data include information related to racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the unique identification of a natural person, health data or data relating to sex life or sexual orientation.
We only process the personal data which you have provided on our website or which you have submitted to us through other channels, and we only use the data which is required to carry out and execute our services.

You always have the right to information, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, data portability, revocation and objection.

5) Deletion periods

Applicant data is held for up to six months after the application process is complete before being deleted, unless you provide your express consent for us to keep your applicant data on file for up to two years.

Your data will not be forwarded to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil the contractual relationship or pre-contract measures, or to answer questions.
