In 2014 the world's first dental high speed handpiece with a fully sterilizable 5x ring LED+ has been launched. Dentists benefit from the 100 % shadowless illumination in the mouth, while patients benefit for improved treatment safety.

The 5x ring LED+ of the Synea 500 high speed lets you see more. All information relevant to the diagnosis can be more efficiently visually filtered and structured with the LED light. The turbine (without shadowing) with its four different head sizes, to cater for different patients and mouth openings, gives maximum flexibility for an improved overview. Available in nine, ten, 11.5 and 13 millimetre sized heads the turbines allow an optimum approach in almost all anatomical situations.
Not only the turbines from the Synea 500 high speed series, but also the Synea 500 handpiece straight and contra-angle handpieces offer this flexibility. There are two different sized angled heads for the WK-99 and WK-93 straight & contra-angle handpieces with innovative gearing technology. This significantly enhances routine operation of the rotating instruments.
Even difficult to access areas can be perfectly illuminated with the Synea 500 high speed, putting safety first.
The dentist can see the treatment site in the mouth clearly thanks to the 5x ring LED+.
