          1 チャンバー1にインスツルメントをセットします。
          2チャンバー1を閉じて、プロセスを開始します。
          3 チャンバー1のプロセスが完了したら、チャンバー2に次のインスツルメントをセットし、すぐに閉じます。
          4 チャンバー1からインスツルメントを取り出し、手順1と2を繰り返します。
