W. Augustyniak appointed new managing director of W&H Poland

On 1st July 2013, Wojciech Augustyniak (35) took over the management of W&H's subsidiary in Poland, W&H Poland Sp. z o.o.. In his new role, he is responsible for the business development of the Warsaw based subsidiary. A focus on expansion of marketing activities in Poland will improve W&H sales in the region in the future.

With years of experience in the national dental sector, Wojciech Augustyniak is well versed in the characteristics of the Polish market. Following his studies at the School of Organization and Management of the Lodz University of Technology, Poland, Wojciech Augustyniak gained valuable experience in the fields of sales and marketing in renowned internationally oriented companies. For six years of his 11-year career he worked in sales management in the dental sector.

In his new role, Wojciech Augustyniak is supported by Klaus Maier, a member of the W&H Group management and co-director of W&H Poland. The aim is to cultivate the market intensively in order to allow us to respond to the requirements of the Polish customers and partners even better in the future and to tap further market segments

Wojciech Augustyniak wants to expand W&H's market success in Poland in the future by means of close co-operation with customers and partners.

Establishing the basis for growth in Poland

W&H recently laid the foundations for future growth when its Polish sales offices moved into the new premises in Warsaw. In addition to extending the prophylaxis, endodontic and implantology elements of the training programme for dental professionals, the focus for Wojciech Augustyniak will be on intensive consultation and close cooperation with our Polish sales partners.

In close cooperation with the Swiss company EMS, a specialist in prophylactic and oral hygiene products, increased efforts will be invested in marketing EMS prophylactic products and state-of-the-art W&H instruments and devices in the future.

In the scope of the focus on expansion of the sales activities in Poland, W&H will not be alone in benefiting from the new managing director's extensive knowledge of the national market, Wojciech Augustyniak's unique expertise will also be an invaluable aid for the customers and partners in the dental sector.
