The new functions of the W&H innovation offer turbine users absolute control and allow them to work particularly efficiently. For example, it is possible to excavate cavities effortlessly, easily remove old fillings and even cut crowns and bridges with ease, all without loss of speed even when the pressure is increased.
In addition, the innovative Primea Advanced Air turbine also features all the other well-known advantages of the W&H Synea Vision turbines, such as the low total weight, particularly quiet operation and the 5x ring LED+ for shadow-free illumination of the treatment site.

Yet despite their popularity, users continuously come across usability limits due to the uncontrollable bur speed. In the new Primea Advanced Air System W&H offers the first high-speed drive solution of its kind in the world, breaking down all previous barriers. The Primea Advanced Air turbine now allows dentists to work more quickly and safely with improved control. As such they also benefit from high efficiency during long and challenging procedures.

Constant and adjustable bur speed
In the Primea Advanced Air System W&H is now offering an innovative drive solution for high-speed preparation, which, unlike traditional turbines, ensures constant cutting performance even when pressure is increased, thanks to the combination of an air drive and electronic controls. The bur speed of the Primea Advanced Air turbine can be adjusted from 60,000 rpm to 320,000 rpm and remains constant at all times throughout treatment.
The stability of the selected speed when varying pressure is exerted on the bur is ensured by sophisticated sensor technology in the head of the turbine and digital air flow control in the control module of the Primea Advanced Air System. Complex applications such as cutting crowns and bridges, removal of old fillings and finishing of preparation margins can thus be performed with ease and absolute control of the bur speed.

In addition to the innovative drive technology, the Primea Advanced Air turbine also offers all the advantages of a W&H Synea Vision turbine. Ergonomically designed, light and perfectly balanced, the turbine allows relaxed working without fatigue.
shadow-free illumination & 5x spray
In addition, the sterilizable 5x ring LED+ of the RK-97 L ensures perfect illumination. Dentists benefit from the 100% shadow-free illumination of the preparation site and patients benefit from improved treatment safety. Alternatively, W&H also offers a turbine with a single LED+ with the RG-97 L. The integrated 5x spray with its five outlet nozzles ensures perfect cooling and cleaning of the treatment site.
Quiet operation
The turbines are also very quiet and provides optimal tactile feedback. The special, scratch-resistant surface coating guarantees particular durability and retains the value of the instruments.
