In order to maintain the standard of service to which W&H customers are accustomed, our factory trained technicians offers a 24-hour turnaround handpiece repair service using genuine W&H components and the correct W&H tooling for the job.

A decontamination certificate must be completed in order for items to be sent in the post.
Our Service Is Our Success
To ensure optimum performance, we recommend that instruments and surgical units are returned at least once annually for an inspection.
Decontamination Equipment Servicing and Validation
In addition to our in-house Technical Service Department, W&H (UK) also has a team of factory trained field-based engineers, supporting sterilizers and washer disinfector dryers across the United Kingdom.
We aim to provide the best service available for W&H products, and ensure our team are rigorously trained. Our factory-trained Field Service Engineers have undergone training with independent decontamination experts at Eastwood Park Training and have the relevant City & Guilds qualifications.
Premium Care Service contracts are available for all of our washer disinfector dryers and sterilizers, and will guarantee a rapid response to any query or problem.
